摘要
污泥是污水处理的副产物,含有大量的有害物质。污泥焚烧是将污泥中的有机物在高温条件下氧化分解为二氧化碳和水,同时回收热能,能实现污泥的无害化治理与资源化利用,是当前最主要的污泥热处理利用方法。本文对多膛式焚烧炉、流化床焚烧炉、回转窑式焚烧炉、炉排式焚烧炉等多种污泥焚烧设备的结构、运行方式及主要优缺点进行介绍,以期为污泥焚烧设备的合理选型并拓展污泥焚烧处理技术的应用范围提供指导。
Sludge is a by-product of sewage treatment and contains a lot of harmful substances. During incineration, organic compounds of sludge should be oxidated and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under high temperature, produced heat should be recycled meanwhile. Since realized harmless treatment and resource utilization of the sludge, incineration was considered as the mainly heat treatment method currently. In this paper, the structure, operation mode, and the main advantages and disadvantages, of many kinds of sludge incineration equipment, such as multiple chamber incinerator, fluidized bed incinerator, rotary kiln incinerator, the grate type incinerator, and so on, were introduced. All these should provide guidance for the reasonable selection of sludge incineration equipment and expand the application scope of sludge incineration technology.
