“梯形”结构扇形筒重整反应器检修技术 被引量:2

Repair Technology of “Ladder” Structure Scallops in Reforming Reactor

摘要 某石化公司采用UOP工艺"梯形"结构的扇形筒重整反应器,设备在热态考核和运行3年停车检修这两种工况下均发现内构件发生变化移位,分析讨论了"梯形"结构的扇形筒重整反应器内构件结构原理以及扇形筒受热膨胀时的受力方向,并对内构件在上述这两种工况下发生变化移位原因进行了分析,并提出了具体的修复方案。结果表明,重整反应器内构件发生变化移位主要集中在扇形筒和密封压条处;采用对发生位移的扇形筒重新修校后恢复到原来安装位置。并对此类"梯形"结构的扇形筒设计优点与缺陷进行了分析,提出了建议,对同类结构设备的检修具有一定的借鉴意义。 A Petrochemical Industries Co with scallop UOP "ladder" structure in the process of reforming reactor, equipment in hot state assessment and run 3 years overhaul of these two cases were found in the component change shift, discussed the "scallop ladder" structure of the reactor internals structure principle and fan cylinder heat expansion the direction of the force, and the inner component changes in these two conditions of displacement were analyzed, and put forward the specific solution to repair. The results show that the change of the internals in the reforming reactor is mainly concentrated on Scallops and closure plate. After restoring the Scallops with displacement, it is restored to its original installation position. The advantages and disadvantages of the scallop UOP "ladder" structure design is analyzed, and suggestions are put forward, which will be a reference for similar structure equipment maintenance.
