大容积钢制无缝气瓶不同标准下壁厚计算探讨 被引量:1

Calculation and Discussion on Wall Thickness of Large Volume Steel Seamless Gas Cylinder under Different Standards

摘要 以大容积钢制无缝气瓶为主要部件的长管拖车与管束式集装箱的轻量化是今后发展的一个方向,长管拖车与管束式集装箱的轻量化关键在于气瓶的轻量化。目前大容积钢制无缝气瓶壁厚的计算依据主要有美国交通运输部DOT-3AAX规范、国际气瓶标准ISO11120-2015以及我国2017年首次实施的GB/T33145-2016《大容积钢制无缝气瓶》。三种标准下气瓶壁厚计算的理论依据不同,计算公式也不同,计算结果存在一定差异,同一规格下的气瓶在ISO11120标准体系下计算得出的壁厚最薄,使得气瓶重量最轻,设备运输效率最大。 The lightweight of long tube trailers and tube bundles with large volume steel seamless gas cylinders as the main components is a development aspect in the future. The key to the light quantification of long tube trailer and tube bundle container is the lightweight of gas cylinder. At present, the calculation of wall weight of large volume seamless steel cylinders is mainly based on the DOT-3AAX Code of U.S. Department of Transportation, the ISO11120-2015 of the international cylinder standard and the GB/T33145-2016 ‘Large Capacity Seamless Steel Gas Cylinders' which was first implemented in China in 2017. Under the above three standards, the theoretical basis and the calculation formula of the calculation of wall thickness of gas cylinders are different, and there are some differences in the calculation results. Under the same specification, the cylinder has the thinnest wall weight calculated under the standard system of ISO11120, which makes the cylinder weight lightest and the equipment transportation efficiency most.
