核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体对结核分枝杆菌免疫应答研究的新进展

摘要 结核分枝杆菌(MTB)是导致结核病的主要病原菌,其生长过程极其缓慢,感染发病过程不同于常见的细菌和病毒。研究显示,结核病的发病与否及严重程度与宿主的免疫系统和免疫状态有很大关系,宿主的免疫应答在发病过程中占有重要地位。因此,研究免疫应答在结核病发病和进展中所起的作用十分重要。
