铜合金弯头冷推成形影响因素分析及工艺参数优化 被引量:6

Influencing Factors and Parameters Optimization of Cold Push-bending for Copper Alloy Elbow

摘要 基于有限元模拟软件和三维造型软件,建立有限元铜合金弯头冷推模型,进行模拟试验。结合不同的弯头冷推实际影响因素,分析了摩擦系数、模腔与芯杆间隙、推制速度对弯头冷推弯的影响。采用正交试验分析的方法建立模拟试验组,利用极差分析法分析了冷推弯中各个因素影响的主次关系,得到最优工艺参数组合。结果表明,摩擦系数为0.05,模腔与芯杆间隙为0.75 mm,推制速度为4 mm/s时,弯头冷推弯成形质量最好。实际生产验证结果与模拟结果较为吻合。 The cold push-bending simulation for copper alloy elbow was established based on the finite element software Deform-3 D and 3 D modeling software. The effects of fraction coefficient,interval between the mould cavity and the core pin and pushing velocity were investigated. The finite element simulation was conducted by orthogonal experiment design method; the range analysis was adopted to determine the effects of the primary and secondary factors. The results showed that the cold push-bending elbow could obtain a better formation quality when the fraction coefficient was 0. 05 mm,the interval between the mould cavity and the core pin was 0. 75 mm,and the pushing velocity is 4 mm/s. And the parameters were confirmed by actual production.
