(ZrO_2)_(0.95)(Y_2O_3)_(0.05)固体电解质烧结性能研究 被引量:2

Sintering Properties of 5YSZ Solid Electrolyte

摘要 采用造粒粉体经过等静压成型和高温烧结制成烧结体5%(摩尔分数)氧化钇稳定氧化锆固体电解质,并对其力学、热力学和电化学性能进行测试。结果表明,在烧结温度为1 500℃、保温时间为2 h时,可得到晶粒均匀、晶界明显、烧结体密度高、抗热震性能良好的固体电解质。 5%( mole fraction) yttria-stabilized zirconia solid electrolyte was prepared from granulated powders by isostatic pressing and high temperature sinistering,and its mechanical,thermodynamic and electrochemical properties were investigated. The results showed that when the sintering temperature was 1 500 ℃ and the holding time 2 hrs,the grains of the product were uniform,the grain boundaries were clear,the density of product was high and its thermal shock resistance was good.
