摘要
选择磁场强度、水溶液离子质量浓度、水速和水温4个因素进行正交试验,考察磁处理工艺条件对循环冷却水硬度的影响。结果表明,最佳处理工艺条件按照其影响程度由大到小顺序依次为离子浓度为900mg/L、流速为0.8m/s、磁场强度为0.5T和温度为30℃,该条件下硬度可达2 390mg/L;然后在其他条件均为最佳处理工艺的条件下,利用XRD和SEM分别分析离子质量浓度为900、300mg/L的垢样,发现离子质量浓度越大,文石和球霰石结构的碳酸钙比例越大,方解石结构的碳酸钙的比例却出现相反的变化,并且其表面形貌变得相对松散,易于冲涮。
Orthogonal tests were carried out on four factors,including magnetic field strength,concentration of aqueous solution,flow velocity and water temperature,and the influence of magnetic treatment conditions on the hardness of circulating cooling water was investigated.The test results showed that according to their influence degree,the optimum treatment conditions were the ion concentration of 900 mg/L,the flow rate of 0.8 m/s,the magnetic field strength of 0.5 Tand the temperature of 30 ℃ in sequence.Under this condition,the hardness value reached 2 390 mg/L.Then when the the other treatment conditions were optimum,XRD and SEM were used to analyze the fouling samples with the ion concentration of 900 mg/L and the ion concentration of 300 mg/L.It is found that the greater the ion concentration,the more proportion of aragonite and vaterite structure of calcium carbonate.Correspondingly,the proportion of calcium carbonate in calcite structure was decreasing,and its surface morphology was relatively loose and easy to rinse.
