摘要
利用首秦4 300mm轧机研究轧制线对钢板翘头的影响,通过基于压下量优化轧制线。结果表明,提高轧制线系数,小压下量时提高最低轧制线高度对钢板翘头改善明显;同时,基于来料厚度优化轧制线,在压下量优化后基础上,细化厚度区间,增加额外调整量,根据不同厚度区间的翘曲特点,有针对性地调整轧制线;最终通过两者集成,得出最优方案。通过轧制线程序的开发应用,加强了板坯在轧制过程中的头部翘曲的控制能力,轧制过程钢板头部形状改善明显。
The influence of the rolling line on the head warping of plate is analyzed by the 4 300 mm mill of Shouqin Company.For optimizing the rolling line based on the reduction,it is shown that the head warping improves obviously by raising the minimum rolling line height when improving the coefficient of rolling line and small reduction.At the same time,for optimizing the rolling line based on the material thickness,it is shown that adjusting the rolling line with target by detailed thickness range,additional adjustment quantity and the buckling characteristics of different thickness range after the reduction is improved.Finally,the optimal solution is obtained through the integration of those two methods.Through the development and application of rolling line process,the control ability of the head warping in the rolling process is strengthened,and the shape of the plate head is improved obviously.
