摘要
总结了独到性的钢带连续热浸镀工艺参数动态精准控制方法。其中,锌锅温度控制的原则是控制冷凝线在1~6m、最佳2~4m的高度范围内,冷凝线低于1m必须提高锌锅温度,冷凝线高于6m必须降低锌锅温度;钢带温度延时误差的补偿与测量误差的校正方法是通过热量平衡原理来校正光学高温计的读数;钢带进入锌锅的温度控制方法是以锌锅温度为基准控制不同厚度钢带与锌锅之间的温度差,薄板温差大而厚板温差小。该方法符合热浸镀生产的工艺原理,有利于确保生产出优良的产品,并降低能源消耗。
A unique method of dynamic and precise control of continuous hot dip galvanizing process parameters is summarized.Controlling of the height of the condensing line between 1 to 6 m,the optimum between 2 to 4 m,is the temperature control principle of the zinc pot.For the condensing line below 1 m,it should increase the zinc pot temperature,while for the condensing line above 6 m,it should decrease the zinc pot temperature.The method of correcting the temperature delay error and measuring error of the steel strip is to correct the reading of the optical pyrometer by the principle of heat balance.Based on the temperature of the zinc pot,the temperature control method for the steel entering the zinc pot is the control of the temperature difference between the zinc pot and the steel strip with different thicknesses.The thicker the steel strip is,the higher the temperature difference needs.This method conforms to the principle of hot-dip galvanizing production process,which is beneficial to ensure the production of good products and reduce energy consumption.
