摘要 【目的/意义】"互联网+"环境下高校数字图书馆传统服务模式受到冲击,图书馆资源优势难以显现,文章力图构建能够吸引读者、引领读者、符合校园环境、实践性强的数字图书馆知识服务模式。【方法/过程】文章以高校数字图书馆为主体,分析"互联网+"环境下,传统高校数字图书馆服务模式发展的阻碍以及高校读者行为偏好总体特点,研究创新高校数字图书馆服务模式的重要性与可行性,从整体模型框架和运作流程两方面详细构建。【结果/结论】建立创新高校数字图书馆知识服务模式需要优化传统服务模式。建议优化服务内容、完善移动终端、建立部门对接系统、转变服务意识、合理设置人员岗位。 【Purpose/significance】The traditional service mode of university digital library is under shock in the "Internet +" environment,the resource advantage of library is difficult to show. The article tries to build a new practical digital library knowledge service mode to attract readers,lead readers and chime in with the campus environment. 【Method/process】Taking digital library in colleges and universities as the main body, the article analyzes the block of the traditional mode of university digital library service development and the character of university readers behavior preference in the "Internet +" environment, researches the innovation of university digital library service mode and its feasibility and importance.The mode is established from two aspects of whole model framework and operation process.【Result/conclusion】The traditional service mode needs to be optimized to construct the innovation knowledge service mode of university digital library,which includes the service content optimizing, the mobile terminal perfecting, the department docking system construction, the service consciousness shifting and the reasonable positions setting.
