新疆地区高校图书馆少数民族语言文献数字化建设研究

Research on Digital Construction of Minority Languages literature in University Library of Xinjiang area

【目的/意义】少数民族语言文献数字化建设,不仅能实现少数民族语言文献的永久保存目标,还可以有效地开发利用少数民族语言文献,对完善新疆地区高校数字图书馆特色资源建设和利用具有重要意义。【方法/过程】采取实地调研法和网络调查法,对新疆地区13所本科高校图书馆的少数民族语言文献数字化建设情况进行了调查研究,通过对各个高校图书馆自建特色数据库的实际情况统计调查,在分析少数民族语言文献数字化现状的基础上,指出少数民族语言文献数字化建设中存在的一些问题,并针对相关问题提出解决对策。【结果/结论】本文认为,通过加强数字化建设的基础技术,人才培养,扩大投资力度,建设数字资源共建共享平台等方面来提高少数民族语言文献的数字化建设效率。

【Purpose/significance】Digital Construction of minority languages literature can not only achieve the goal of permanent preservation of minority languages literature, but also effectively develop and utilize minority languages literature. The digitization of minority language literatures is of great significance to improve the construction and utilization of characteristic resources of digital libraries in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.【Method/process】In this paper, field surveys and online surveys were conducted to investigate the digitization of minority language literature of 13 undergraduate colleges libraries in Xinjiang province. Through a statistical survey of the actual situation of each university＇s library＇s self-built database, the analysis was conducted. Based on the status of digitization of minority language literature, reasonable solutions are proposed for the digitization of minority language literature problems.【Results/conclusions】This paper believes that the digital construction of ethnic minority languages literature will be improved by strengthening basic technologies for digital construction, cultivating talents, expanding investment and building a platform for the sharing and construction of digital resources.
