血清ALDH1及CA125在上皮性卵巢癌患者中的表达及其相关性

Expression and correlation of serum ALDH1 and CA125 in epithelial ovarian cancer patients

目的 探讨血清乙醛脱氢酶1（ALDH1）及糖类抗原125（CA125）在上皮性卵巢癌患者中的表达水平及其相关性。方法 选取我院经组织病理学诊断为上皮性卵巢癌患者30例，卵巢良性肿瘤患者30例，正常卵巢组30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测患者血清ALDH1及CA125水平。结果 上皮性卵巢癌患者血清ALDH1水平高于卵巢良性肿瘤患者及正常卵巢组（P〈0.05），组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；上皮性卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平高于卵巢良性肿瘤患者水平；卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清CA125水平与Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期上皮性卵巢癌及正常卵巢组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；血清ALDH1与CA125在上皮性卵巢癌患者中呈正相关（r=0.434，P=0.016）；结论 血清ALDH1可能成为筛查卵巢肿瘤标志物之一；血清ALDH1水平与上皮性卵巢癌的病理分期有关；血清ALDH1可能作为反映上皮性卵巢癌生物学特性的标记物；血清ALDH1与CA125在上皮性卵巢癌中呈正相关关系，ALDH1可能与CA125有协同作用。

Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of serum acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1 （ ALDH1 ） and carbohydrate antigen 125 （ CA125 ） in epithelial ovarian cancer patients. Methods A total of 30 patients who were pathologically diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer, 30 patients with ovarian benign tumor, and 30 patients with normal ovarian function were included. Their levels of serum ALDH1 were detected by ELISA and the levels of CA125 were measured by electrochemiluminescence. Results The epithelial ovarian cancer group produced remarkably higher levels of serum ALDH1 and CA125 than the ovarian benign tumor and normal ovarian groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of serum CA125 in the ovarian benign tumor patients were not significant different from those in the patients with normal ovarian function （P 〉0.05）. The levels of serum ALDH1 in Stages Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ and Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱepithelial ovarian cancer groups were significantly increased, compared with those in the ovarian benign tumor and normal ovarian groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Stage Ⅰ＋ Ⅱ epithelial ovarian cancer group had markedly different levels of serum ALDH1 compared with the normal ovarian group （P 〈 0.05 ）, rather than the ovarian benign tumor group （P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of serum CA125 were remarkably higher in Stages Ⅱ ＋ Ⅳ and Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱ epithelial ovarian cancer groups than those in the ovarian benign tumor and normal ovarian groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of serum ALDH1 and CA125 were positively correlated in epithelial ovarian cancer patients （r = 0. 434, P = 0. 016）. Conclusions Serum ALDH1 may become one of epithelial ovarian cancer makers which can reflect the biological characteristics of epithelial ovarian cancer. Serum ALDH1 and CA125 may produce synergistic effects.
