介绍了冷却塔免费供冷的原理和分类。以南京某大剧院项目为例,对影响冷却塔免费供冷的主要因素进行了分析,详细介绍了冷却塔供冷量的计算过程,并对冷却塔供冷的设计流程提出了建议。分析和计算结果表明,冷却塔流量为100%和50%时全年可用时长分别为821h和1 122h,占剧院运营时间的17%和24%,对应的节能率分别为3.8%和5.3%,具有较好的节能性和经济效益。
Presents the free cooling principle and classification of cooling tower. Taking a theater project in Nanjing as an example, analyses the main factors influencing free cooling of cooling tower, elaborates the calculation process of cooling tower cooling capacity, and proposes a design flow path of cooling tower. The results of analysis and computation show that, the annual utilization time reaches 821 hours and 1 122 hours at 100% and 50% of tower water flow, accounting for 17% and 24% of operational time, respectively. The energy saving ratios are 3.8% and 5.3% correspondingly, which means that cooling tower free cooling has a considerable energy saving and economic benefit.
