上海某人工光型密闭式植物工厂暖通空调系统设计

摘要 介绍了老旧废弃厂房改建的示范型植物工厂项目,简述了暖通空调与嵌入网络式环境控制相结合的技术。详细叙述了植物散湿量、室内送风量、CO_2浓度及施用量的计算,概述了暖通空调系统、净化系统及CO_2系统。分析了该系统的能耗,并提出将植物生长明期设置在夜间的昼夜倒置方式,减少该系统的运营成本。 Presents a demonstration plant factory project retrofitted by an old plant, and briefly describes the technology combining HVAC system with embedded network environment control. Elaborates the computing method of plant moisture gain, indoor air supply, concentration and application rate of carbon dioxide, and summarizes the HVAC system, clean system and carbon dioxide system. Analyses the system energy consumption, and proposes a day-night reversed method to reduce the operating costs, when the plants grow at night.
