高效空气过滤器最易透过粒径下透过率测试方法

摘要 分析了目前国内高效过滤器性能测试方法存在的问题,提出了一种高效过滤器最易透过粒径下透过率测试的新方法。该方法通过在待测高效过滤器前加置高效过滤器进行测试粒径控制,可以更准确、方便地测得待测高效过滤器最易透过粒径下的透过率。对比实验结果表明:该方法准确性高;气溶胶源要求低;装置简单便携,方便进行现场测量。 Analyses the existing problems of high efficiency filter performance test methods in China, and provides a new test method for penetration rate of high efficiency particulate air filter at the most penetrating particle size. The method can be used to control the particle size by adding a high efficiency filter before the high efficiency filter to be tested. It can more accurately and conveniently measure the penetration rate of the high efficiency filter at the most penetrating particle size. The comparative test results show that the method is high accurate and low requirement for aerosol source, and the device is simple, portable and convenient for field measurement.
