长江经济带物流产业效率及其影响因素研究

Study on the Efficiency and Influencing Factors of the Logistics Industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

以从业人员、固定资产投入和物流网络里程数作为投入要素，货运量和物流业产值增加值作为输出变量，运用超效率DEA模型对长江经济带2010年-2015年物流产业效率值进行测算，并利用Tobit回归模型评价长江经济带物流产业效率和各影响因素之间的相关性．结果表明：上海市、安徽省、江苏省的物流产业效率值处于长江经济带各省域的前沿，而四川省、云南省的物流产业效率值则一直处于较低水平；长江经济带物流产业效率值与其经济实力、物流区位商、信息化程度呈现正相关，与政府财政支持呈现负相关．并提出了改善长江经济带物流产业效率的对策．

Employees, fixed assets investment and logistics network mileage as inputs, freight and logistics industry output value increase as output variables, using super efficiency DEA model to estimate the efficiency of the logistics industry in 2015 2010, the Yangtze River economic belt and the correlation value between Tobit regression model to evaluate efficiency of the logistics industry and the impact of the Yangtze River with economic factors. The results showed that： Shanghai City, Anhui Province, Jiangsu Province, the logistics industry in the efficiency value of the provincial frontier with the Yangtze River economic, Sichuan Province, Yunnan Province logistics industry efficiency has been at a low level; the efficiency of the logistics industry economy value and economic strength, logistics location quotient, informatization level showed positive correlation has a negative correlation with financial support from the government. The countermeasures to improve the efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River economic belt are put forward.
