基于虚拟激励法的一种新型五轮车行驶性能研究

摘要 针对新型五轮侧面叉车的行驶平顺性能否满足使用要求而进行了数值分析及仿真研究.一方面引入虚拟激励函数,将非平稳的振动信号转化为确定载荷函数下的动力学响应分析,进一步用功率谱来描述随机信号的特征.另一方面,运用ADAMS搭建侧面叉车的多刚体模型,并仿真分析出不同载荷下的加速度与时间的响应函数和基于虚拟激励的数学模型的加速度功率谱密度函数曲线.数学模型和仿真分析结合完善了对系统振动的分析. In order to verify if the ride comfort about the new five-wheel side forklift truck meets the design requirements, the Numerical analysis and simulation are carried out. On the one hand, with pseudo excitation function, to transfer the non-stationary vibration signals into determining dynamic response analysis under the load, then to describe the characteristics of random signals by the power spectrum. On the other hand, to build the multi-rigid body model of the side forklift truck by ADAMS, then to get the relation curve between acceleration and time which is under different loads and to construct the acceleration power spectral density function curve based on pseudo excitation method. The combination of mathematical model and simulation analysis makes the analysis more perfect.
