云南石化中压蒸汽系统投用运行分析

总结了中石油云南石化有限公司中压蒸汽系统从设计到投用全过程。通过对比和优化中压蒸汽系统的设计方案,将中压蒸汽管线总长由原来的4.919 km降至4.149 km;加强对管线施工质量的监督;制定合理高效的化学清洗方案和吹扫打靶方案,过程严格管控,化学清洗结果均符合国家标准,打靶时间相比计划时间少了29 d,节省蒸汽181 kt,约合人民币3 619万元;分析了蒸汽打靶过程及提出改进措施;优化蒸汽投用方案,及时投用疏水器,防止浪费蒸汽凝液,大幅节约投运成本;分析蒸汽系统在运行过程中存在的问题并提出了解决措施。

The application of improvement measures,optimization of steam utilization,timely commissioning of steam trap,etc have greatly reduced the commissioning costs. The existing problems in steam system operation are analyzed and corresponding measures are proposed.
