协同创新能力与知识扩散的交互影响分析及对策研究——基于企业网络关系嵌入的视角

Analysis of the Interaction between Collaborative Innovation Capability and Knowledge Diffusion and Its Countermeasures——A Perspective based on Enterprise Network Relationship Embedding

协同创新合作网络已成为企业创新发展的重要创新模式,企业网络协同创新能力与企业间知识扩散共享具有十分密切的相互作用关系。首先,通过对上海市多家典型的企业网络协同创新的合作运行状况进行调查分析研究,双向剖析了两者间的相互影响关系;然后,进一步分析了两者间形成的双向循环促进机制;最后,根据所调查研究的企业网络协同创新发展的状况,针对其在知识扩散与协同创新运作方面存在的问题,为企业网络更好地发挥知识价值增值潜能和协同创新活动的有效进行提出对策建议。

The collaborative innovation capability of inter-firm network has very close interaction with the knowledge diffusion among enterprises. First, through investigating and analyzing the cooperative operation situation of several typical collaborative innovation networks in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the mutual influence between the collaborative innovation capability and knowledge diffusion, and further studies and discusses the two-way circulation promotion mechanism of them. At last, it puts forward relevant suggestions on how to make better use of knowledge value and the collaborative innovation activities more effectively in inter- firm networks.
