摘要 通过理论分析,借助仿真模拟软件与试验分析对ZL114A合金的充型能力进行研究。分析了影响合金充型能力的因素,设计螺旋形试样测试不同浇注温度对ZL114A合金充型能力的影响;同时对不同浇注温度合金充型能力进行模拟仿真,并结合试验结果对仿真参数进行校准,然后根据校准后的仿真参数对不同浇注温度合金的充型能力进行预测,与试验结果比较得出仿真预测能够评估ZL114A合金的充型能力。 The filling capacity ofZL 114A aluminum alloy was studied by simulation software and experimental analysis. The influence factors of filling capacity of ZL114A alloy were analyzed. And a spiral specimen was designed to study the influence of various pouring temperatures on the filling capacity of ZL114A alloy. The filling capacity of ZL114A alloy at various pouring temperatures was simulated. The simulation parameters were adjusted in combination with the experiment results. Then the filling capacity of the alloy at other pouring temperatures using the adjusted simulation parameters was predicted. The comparative results to the experiments indicate that the simulation prediction is able to evaluate the filling capacity ofZL114A alloy.
