摘要
结合件杂货装卸作业主要环节,利用系统仿真方法对件杂货装卸作业效能进行分析。采用Plant Simulation仿真软件对集港作业、船舶到港、堆场作业、水平运输、装船作业等生产流程主要模块进行设计,并建立基于全作业流程的件杂货装卸作业仿真模型。结合实际生产数据对仿真模型进行了仿真运行计算,并针对门机效率、转场时间及货物平均堆存期进行分析。实验结果表明,仿真模型较好地反映了件杂货装卸作业过程。提高门机效率有利于提高装船效率,降低堆场日平均占用率。而转场时间的增加则会导致装船效率降低,堆场日平均占用率增加,堆场拥挤。
Combined with the key link of the general cargo loading and unloading operations, the system simulation method is employed to analyze the production efficiency for the general cargo handling operation. The Plant Simulation software is used to design the main modules of the production process such as collection operation, vessel arrival, yard operation, horizontal transportation, ship-loading operation. The simulation model of general cargo handling operation is established based on the whole operation process. The simulation model is running based on the practical production data, and the efficiency of the crane, transitions time and the average storage period are analyzed. The experimental results show that the simulation model is a good reflection of the general cargo handling process. The improvement of crane efficiency can benefit the shipment efficiency and reduce the utilization rate of yard. The increase of the transitions time will lead to the reduction of ship-loading efficiency, the sharp rising of yard utilization and make the yard crowded.
