我国职业教育正逐步建立起具有中国特色的现代学徒制人才培养模式,公安职业教育改革在此大背景下也正进一步深入与发展。通过对现代学徒制的内涵解析、历史逻辑与核心环节的探讨,在正确认识世界发达国家现代学徒制改革实践和经验的基础上,探索我国公安院校实施警务人才培养的新模式。

With the development of economy and society, it is important to train more and more qualified people to meet the needs of the country and the public security organs. At the same time, it also speeds up some new branches of specialized subject. What is the training mode of ＂modern apprenticeship＂ talent？ China put forward the reason and the background of the training mode of modern apprenticeship talents. The western ＂modern apprenticeship＂ training mode is the trend and characteristics. China＇s current ＂modern apprenticeship＂ training mode in practice has the problem. We should construct Chinese characteristics of ＂modern apprenticeship＂ training mode. We use the literature method in access to relevant information and documents, systematically to the modern apprenticeship reason and background put forward in China＇s higher vocational colleges are concluded and summarized. In this paper mainly from seamless vocational education and jobs, get rid of classroom teaching and the practical barriers and stimulate students＇ learning and teachers＇ teaching initiative tripartite face ＂modern apprenticeship＂ talent training the reasons are discussed. It is also from the theory and practice of the two aspects of the background described. The comparative method of western ＂modern apprenticeship＂ training mode features and development trends are explored. It mainly includes the western ＂modern apprenticeship＂ training mode of the status quo, basic characteristics and development trend.We take Shanghai Police College as an illustration to study on the new training mode of modern apprenticeship oriented talents with the analysis of the training and education system.
