摘要
为对水域实现高效管理,利用WEBGIS、数据库等技术,基于B/S架构开发一种水域监控管理信息系统,将整个苏州市的基础地理空间信息、水域分布信息、水域基本信息、水域变化信息等多种资源信息集成在同一系统中进行统一管理、更新,为水域监管和保护工作提供便利,全面提升水域信息化管理水平。经测试,系统工作稳定高效,已成功应用于苏州市水域监控管理中。
To efficiently manage the water,based on the technology of WebGIS and database,a water monitoring management information system is designed to put basic geographic information and the distribution and the change information of water together.The system can be used to manage different kinds of data in a centralized way and easily updating of data can provide convenience for water regulation and protection work.The test results show this system runs with stability and efficiency.
