摘要
通过对伊哈高速公路秦家至赵家段车辙严重路段现场钻芯芯样的厚度、密度、沥青含量等指标的分析,发现该段路车辙主要产生在上面层。利用室内车辙试验,对3种不同密度的车辙试件,在5种不同试验温度下车辙辙深及动稳定度的分析,得出试验温度60℃时,沥青混合料密度是影响车辙产生的主要原因。密度越小越容易产生压密车辙。进一步证明秦家至赵家段车辙产生原因是由于上面层路面压实度不足而产生。
Based on the analysis of the indicators of the core sample,such as the core boring sample thickness,density,and asphalt content,this paper presents the rutting in the upper layer is mainly caused by the insufficient compaction of the pavement.Using rutting test,the rutting depth and dynamic stability of three kinds of different density of rutting specimens under five different test temperatures are analyzed.The test result shows that the asphalt mixture density is the main factor affecting the rutting when the rest temperature is around 60 ℃.The smaller the density,the easier it is to produce a rutting.It proves that the rutting in the upper layer is due to lack of pavement compaction.
