摘要
为了解浙江省不同地区猪群中猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)、猪轮状病毒(Po RV)和猪Delta冠状病毒(PDCo V)导致猪病毒性腹泻的感染情况,本研究应用RT-PCR方法对2011—2017年收集的浙江省不同地区猪腹泻样品进行4种病毒的检测与分析。结果显示,2011年至今,PEDV阳性率为71.25%,TGEV阳性率为3.05%,Po RV阳性率为17.67%,PDCo V阳性率为8.75%;单独感染中PEDV阳性率为51.89%,TGEV阳性率为0.94%,Po RV阳性率为5.19%,PDCo V阳性率为4.25%;混合感染中PEDV/TGEV阳性率为2.4%,PEDV/Po RV阳性率为15.1%,PEDV/PDCo V阳性率为2.8%,Po RV/PDCo V阳性率为0.5%,PEDV/TGEV/PDCo V阳性率为0.5%。结果表明,浙江省不同地区存在这4种病毒所导致的猪病毒性腹泻病,其中在单独感染中以PEDV感染为主,混合感染中以PEDV/Po RV二重混合感染为主。不同年份中以PEDV感染最为严重,阳性率均在50%以上;Po RV感染在2015年上半年阳性率高达60.9%,其余年份均稳定在20%左右;TGEV每年均有零星发病;PDCo V在2016年感染最为严重,阳性率为22.9%。该结果为浙江省猪病毒性腹泻病的诊断和防控积累了资料。
To understand the infection situation of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),porcine rotavirus(Po RV) and porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCo V) in different areas of Zhejiang Province.RT-PCR method was used for detection and analysis of the four porcine diarrhea virus.From 2011 up to now,The results showed that the positive rate of PEDV was 71.25%,TGEV was 0.94%,Po RV was 5.19%,PDCo V was 8.75%.Total single infection rate of PEDV was51.89%,TGEV was 0.94%,Po RV was 5.19%,PDCo V was 4.25%.Total mixed infection rate of PEDV/TGEV was2.4%,PEDV/Po RV was 15.1%,PEDV/PDCo V was 2.8%,Po RV/PDCo V was 0.5%.The results indicated that the four viruses of poicine viral diarrhea disease were prevalent in different areas of Zhejiang Province.Including single infection and mixed infection,Single infection mainly caused by PEDV and mixed infection mainly caused by PEDV/Po RV.In different years,the PEDV infection was most serious,the positive rate is above 50%.In the first half of 2015,the positive rate of Po RV infection was as 60.9%,while the remaining years were stable at around 20%,but TGEV was sporadic disease every year.In 2016 the positive rate of PDCo V infection was 22.9%.The result have accumulated data for diagnosis and prevention of porcine viral diarrhea in Zhejiang Province.
