牵引速度对装药水中爆炸冲击波的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究柱形装药牵引运动速度对冲击波超压的影响规律,运用动力学分析软件AUTODYN对柱形装药水中动爆过程进行了数值模拟,获得了柱形装药牵引速度和长径比对冲击波超压场的影响规律.结果表明,在牵引速度的影响下,不同长径比药柱爆炸冲击波超压在不同方位角θ上的差异相对于静态爆炸更为明显;药柱牵引速度V=0m/s时,长径比小的药柱爆炸所产生的轴向(方位角θ=0°)冲击波超压峰值相对较高,径向超压峰值较低,而长径比大的药柱轴向(方位角θ=0°)超压峰值较低,径向超压峰值较高;当牵引速度V由0m/s增加到200m/s时,轴线正向和径向的最大超压峰值相对于静态分别提高了7.8%和7%. In order to study the influence of traction velocity of cylindrical charge on the overpressure of shock wave,dynamic analysis software AUTODYN was used to simulate the dynamic explosion process of the cylinder charge in water,the influence of the traction velocity and the length-diameter ratio of the cylindrical charge on the shock wave overpressure field was obtained.It shows that under the influence of traction velocity,the difference of the blast wave overpressure of different length-diameter ratio on the different azimuth angleθis more obvious than the static explosion.When the traction velocity is 0 m/s,the axial pressure(azimuth angle θ is 0°)caused by the explosion of the small diameter ratio is relatively high,the peak value of radial overpressure is lower,while the axial direction(azimuth θ is 0°)of the charge with large diameter ratio is low,and the peak of radial overpressure is high.When the traction velocity increased from 0 m/s to 200 m/s,the maximum overpressure peaks of the axial and radial axes are increased by 7.8% and 7%respectively compared with the static.
