摘要 以黑索今(RDX)为研究对象,对其应用溶剂-非溶剂法进行重结晶细化,并在细化过程中同时加入不同种类、不同浓度的表面改性剂抑制其团聚.首先分析了表面改性剂对超细RDX的分散机理,然后利用偏光显微镜,扫描电子显微镜以及粒度分析仪等设备对超细晶体进行表征.结果表明:不同种类、不同浓度的表面改性剂对超细RDX晶体的影响大不相同.其中,加入质量浓度为0.008%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠时制得的RDX晶体形貌最好,粒度分布最为均匀,大约在3~20μm左右. The RDX was recrystallized to refine by solvent-nonsolvent method,different kinds and concentrations of surface modifiers were added in the process of refining to inhibit the agglomeration of RDX.Firstly,the dispersion mechanism of surface modifier on RDX was analyzed.Then,the ultrafine crystals were characterized by polarized light microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and particle size analyzer.The results show that the effects of different types and concentrations of surface modifiers on RDX crystals are quite different.Among them,RDX crystals prepared by adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate with mass concentration of 0.008% have the best morphology and the most uniform particle size distribution,about 3~20μm.
