摘要 通过化学交联-溶液流延法,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂与壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)反应,成功制备了交联壳聚糖季铵盐(CHTCC)抗菌薄膜.利用全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、平衡溶胀法、平板计数法和微量肉汤稀释法分析了CHTCC薄膜的结构、形貌、水中的稳定性和抗菌性.结果表明,交联剂用量与薄膜的交联度成正比.与HTCC薄膜相比,CHTCC薄膜在水中只发生溶胀而不溶解,对大肠杆菌(E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)和铜绿假单胞菌(P.aeruginosa)都具有优异的抗菌活性,其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为320,2 560和160μg/mL.制备的CHTCC可作为抗菌涂层、过滤膜以及药物缓释载体分别应用于食品包装、水处理和制药等领域. An antibacterial cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was prepared using epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent and reacting with chitosan quaternary ammonium salt by chemical crosslinking and solution casting method.ATR-FTIR,^1 H NMR,SEM,equilibrium swelling method,plate count method and broth microdilution method were applied to analysis the structure,morphology,water stability and antimicrobial activity of cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt film.The results show that the amount of cross-linking agent is proportional to the cross-linking degree of the film.Compare with the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt film,cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt films only swell and not dissolve in water.And it maintains excellent antibacterial activity against E.coli,S.aureus and P.and aeruginosa,the minimum inhibitory concentrations are 320,2 560 and160μg/mL,respectively.Prepared cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can be used as antibacterial coating,filter membrane and drug delivery carrier,which can be applied in food packaging,water treatment,pharmaceutical and other fields.
