基于治未病理论探讨阿尔茨海默病防治思路

Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer Disease Based on The Theory of “Preventive Treatment of Disease”

中医"治未病"理论对于健康管理、慢病防控和老龄化具有重要作用,日益受到重视。由于目前尚无阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的有效治疗方法,治疗重点应转移到防治上。治未病理论对降低AD发病率、延缓其病程进展具有重要意义。AD病程历经AD临床前期、AD痴呆前期、AD痴呆阶段共3个时期,基于治未病理论,提出健康人群未病先防、临床前期欲病救萌、痴呆前期及早期既病防变的AD防治思路。未病先防以调养精气神、改善体质为要点;欲病救萌强调从虚、痰、瘀调控危险因素,从毒论治生物标记物;既病防变以补虚与祛实为原则,突出基于辨证论治的中药复方的长期使用,从而充分发挥中医药对AD的防治效果和优势。

The theory of＂preventive treatment of disease＂in traditional Chinese medicine has received increasingly attention,and plays an important role in health management,prevention and control of chronic diseases and the growing aging. Because there is no effective treatments have been developed for Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD）,the focus of AD treatment should be shifted to prevention. The theory of ＂preventive treatment of disease ＂ is of great significance in reducing the incidence of Alzheimer＇s disease and delaying its progress. The course of AD underwent 3 stages including AD preclinical stage,AD pre-dementia stage and AD dementia stage. Based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease,the thought of AD prevention and treatment is proposed： preventing disease in health for healthy population,which focuses on nursing Essence,Qi and Spirit,and adjusting and improving body constitution; preventing disease before it occurring for people in AD preclinical stage,mainly referring to regulating the risk factors from deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,and treating AD biomarkers based on toxin theory; applying early treatment to prevent deterioration for people in AD predementia stage and early dementia stage,which guided by the principle of tonifying deficiency and dispelling the distention of excess type,depending on long term use of traditional Chinese medicine compound based on syndrome differentiation. So as to give full play to the effect and advantage of Chinese medicine on the prevention and control of AD.
