皮肤病中医外治法指导理论探微

Exploration on the Guiding Theory of External Treatment of Chinese Medicine for Dermatosis

中医外治法具有"简、便、廉、效"及不良反应小等优点,其可直接作用于绝大多数皮肤病的病变部位,因此相对于其他学科,中医外治法在防治皮肤病方面更具优势。但因皮肤病中医外治法理论研究的滞后,导致了目前多以经验性传授为主且良莠不齐的局面,影响了其健康长远发展。笔者基于《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)"内者内治,外者外治"理论,通过临床实践提出以"皮损辨证"为基础、以"以法统方"为参考、以"以偏纠偏"为治法的理论思路,以期对皮肤病中医外治法指导理论进行有益的探讨。

Traditional Chinese Medicine External treatment is characterized by simple,convenient,economical,effective,and few adverse reactions,which can be applied to most skin diseases. Compared with other disciplines,TCM External treatment in the application of dermatology have more advantages. Because of theoretical research lag,the main way of inheritance is accumulated by experience. However the quality varies greatly, which hinder the long-term development of TCM External treatment. According to the Inner Canon of Huangdi which recorded that internal disease treating with internal medicine, External disease treating with external treatment, we put the view that Syndrome Differentiation on lesions,prescribe based on therapeutic principle,and correct the deviation in treatment,in order to improve the theory of TCM external treatment on dermatology.
