基于寒热错杂病机中医药在胃癌各阶段防治中的研究

胃癌由于其病机病理的复杂性和现代治疗手段的多样性,临床多属于寒热错杂型,目前发病率越来越高,单纯西医治疗并不能很好地解决术后并发症、放化疗期间不良反应和放化疗后机体免疫功能的恢复及肿瘤的复发、转移等问题。所以结合现代分子机制研究,根据患者的临床分期以及主要症状,分析出治疗不同分期寒热错杂型胃癌的代表方剂,发挥中药复方的优势,对胃癌的临床治疗和实验研究有着重要的参考意义。
