手术联合双花黄芪汤治疗肛瘘临床研究

Clinical Research of The Surgery Combined with Double Flower Huangqi Decoction in The Treatment of Anal Fistula

目的:观察手术联合双花黄芪汤治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:把80例低位单纯性湿热下注型肛瘘患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予手术及术后常规治疗,此外治疗组从术后第2天开始口服自拟双花黄芪汤,并分别在术后第1、7、14天对2组患者术后创面分泌物、疼痛、肛门括约肌功能及总有效率进行统计。结果:治疗组比对照组能明显减少创面渗出物、减轻术后疼痛、改善肛门括约肌功能,促进创面愈合、缩短愈合时间,在改善肛瘘术后并发症方面明显优于对照组。结论:手术联合双花黄芪汤治疗低位单纯性湿热下注型肛瘘患者能明显减少术后并发症发生,是湿热下注型肛瘘术后并发症防治的有效治疗方法,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objectiive： To observe the clinical curative effect of the surgery combined with double flower Huangqi Decoction in the treatment of anal fistula. Methods： Select 80 cases of patients with simple low anal fistula of postoperative,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were given routine treatment of anal fistula after operation. The treatment group were treated with the double flower Huangqi Decoction from second days after operation,the control group without oral administration. On the 28 day of therapy,observation and statistics of pain,wound secretion,anal sphincter function,anal function and wound healing time of postoperative. Results： The double flower Huangqi Decoction group in improving the complications after operation of anal fistula was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion： Oral the double flower Huangqi decoction can significantly promote wound healing,shorten the healing time,and reduce postoperative complication,is the effective method for the treatment of damp heat type of prevention and treatment of complications after operation of anal fistula,worthy of clinical application.
