基于雷达图多元评价针灸治疗中风后抑郁系统评价/Meta分析文献质量

Systematic Reviews/Meta Analysis of Acupuncture Therapy on Post-stroke Depression Based on Multiple Evaluation of Radar Plot

目的:使用雷达图评估针灸治疗中风后抑郁系统评价/Meta分析的文献质量,为临床研究提供直观、客观的证据参考。方法:搜索CNKI、CBM、维普、万方、Pubmed、Cochrane Library等数据库,从发表年份、研究类型、同质性、发表偏倚风险、AMSTAR方法学质量评价、PRISMA发表质量评分6个方面评定文献质量,采用Excel将各项目秩数绘制成雷达图进行分析。结果:共纳入9篇文献,质量秩平均得分6.80,异质性低,但仍存在检索不全面、缺乏原始资料偏倚分析、方案报道不详细等问题。结论:雷达图多元评价发现,针灸治疗中风后抑郁的系统评价/meta分析文献质量不高,希望今后的研究规范方案设计,提高针灸防治中风后抑郁的可信度。

Objective： To evaluate studies quality of Systematic Reviews/Meta analysis of Acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression（ PSD） based on multiple evaluation of radar plot and provide the intuitive and objective evidence reference for clinical decision. Methods： Studies were identified from CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed and Cochrane Library Database. All of the studies were evaluated from 6 dimensions, including published year, design type,homogeneous,publication bias risk,A Measurement Tool to Assess systematic Reviews（ AMSTAR） methodological quality score and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses（ PRISMA） quality score. Then we converted the rank number of each item to radar plot by Excel 2003. Result： A total of 9 trials were included and scored 6. 80 in the quality of the average rank. The heterogeneity was low. And there still were some shortcomings,including without comprehensive retrieval,lack of bias analysis of original source data,without detailed project report,and etc.Conclusion： The quality of Systematic Reviews/meta analysis of acupuncture treating PSD is not high. The specification design should be enhanced with the hope that the credibility of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD will be improved.
