基于数据挖掘分析穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的选穴与用药规律

Characteristics of Meridians and Acupoints Selection for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Based on The Data Mining Technology

检索1990年1月至2016年9月在中国知网、万方及维普期刊数据库中穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床文献,采用数据挖掘技术对数据进行描述性分析及聚类分析,其纳入文献27篇,包括31个穴位及88味药物。结果发现穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症使用频次最高的穴位为肾俞及阿是穴,且穴位多分布在循行于腰腿外侧等疼痛好发部位的经脉上,如膀胱经及胆经等阳经。组穴多以腰部穴位与下肢穴位相配为主,体现了"上下配穴、腰腿同治"的特点,并可形成6个聚类组合交替使用。药物多选用温性、辛味的药物以散邪扶正、疏通经络,组方多以祛风除湿、活血化瘀、行气止痛药物为主,辅以辛香走窜之物加强药物的渗透吸收。

The clinical data of lumbar disc herniation treated by acupoint application in the database of China National Knowledge Internet,Wan Fang and VIP from January 1990 to September 2016 were used to establish the database,and the data were descriptively analyzed and clustered using data mining techniques. A total of 27 articles were included,including 31 acupoints and 88 Chinese herbs. The results showed that the acupoint used for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation were the most frequently used acupuncture points for Shenshu and Ashi points,and the acupoints were mostly distributed on the bladder meridian,gallbladder meridian and other yang-meridian. The combination of acupuncture points mostly focus on the points of the waist and the points of the lower extremities,which embodies the characteristics of ＂combining the upper and lower points,curing the waist and leg＂,and six clustering combinations were used interchangeably. External Chinese medicine treatment for lumbar disc herniation was mainly from the functions of expelling wind and removing dampness,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,promoting qi circulation and relieving pain,supplemented by medicines with pungent nature to strengthen drug penetration.
