产后身痛治疗的中医方剂组方用药规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Postpartum Body Pain

目的:结合中医传承辅助系统,分析中国知网数据库(CNKI)中治疗产后身痛中医方剂的组方用药规律,为中医治疗产后身痛提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库中收录的产后身痛治疗的文献,设定纳入标准并提取符合标准的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统并分析其用药频次、关联规则及新方剂。结果:从242条文献中筛选出产后身痛治疗方剂202个,涉及中药205味;频次≥11的药物45个,支持度个数为52的药物组合58个,关联规则(支持度个数52,置信度≥0.9)18条;新方核心组合25个,候选方剂6个。结论:产后身痛治疗方剂以黄芪桂枝五物汤、独活寄生汤为基本方加减,以补血补气药为主,常配伍发散风寒药、祛风湿药、活血化瘀药等。

Objective： The aims of this study was to analyze the composition principles of the prescriptions for postpartum body pain in China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI） by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（ TCMISS）. Method： The prescriptions for postpartum body pain were collected form CNKI according to the inclusion criteria and its composition principles were analyzed after data entry into the TCMISS. Result： Based on the analysis of 242 cases,202 prescriptions and 205 herbs were analyzed,45 herbs（ frequency≥11）,48 couplet medicines（ the number of support≥52）,18 association rules（ the number of support≥52,confidence≥0. 9）,25 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the databases. Conclusion： The core composition of prescriptions for postpartum body pain from CNKI are mainly composed of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,foremostly fixing with herbs of tonifying qi and nourishing the blood,often supplementing by herbs of expelling wind and cold,dispelling wind and dampness,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.
