平乐正骨内治法以八纲、经络、脏腑、卫气营血、三焦等辨证方法为依据,以卫气营血辨证为纲,采用辨病与辨证相结合,根据骨伤的轻重、缓急,素体强弱,伤病新久,选用不同方法进行治疗。从辨证论治"理、法、方、药"之源,探析平乐正骨的辨证论治学术渊源,有助于进一步构建平乐正骨的学术体系。

Pingle osteopathic medicine（POM） is a internal treatment based on syndrome differentiations of eight principles, meridians, viscera, defense Qi, construction and blood, triple burner and so on. It takes syndrome differentiations of defense Qi, construction and blood as the main program. It combines disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation to choose different treatment depending on the severity and priorities of the fractures, strength of the body, time of the injury. Thus, the analysis of the academic origin of syndrome differentiation of Pingle osteopathic medicine from perspectives of ＂principle-method-recipe-medicines＂ would help in the construction of the academic system of Pingle osteopathic medicine.
