基于数据挖掘的邵文虎治疗心悸病用药规律分析

Analysis of the Rule of Treatment for Palpitations by SHAO Wen-hu Based on Data Mining

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台,分析邵文虎教授治疗心悸病的用药规律。方法:收集邵文虎教授临床运用中医药治疗心悸的处方,建立数据库,运用数据挖掘方法,分析用药规律。结果:对筛选出的104首处方进行分析,涉及常用中药152种,得出各药物用药频次、性味归经、常用药物组合78个,演化出核心组合50个、新处方9首。结论:邵文虎教授治疗心悸病主要以活血行气、舒筋通络、温肾养阴为主要原则,强调疏肝、养心、健脾胃,并注重苦、甘、辛味药的运用。

Objective： To analyze the medication rules of Professor SHAO Wen-hu＇s treatment of palpita- tions based on the platform of TCM inheritance. Methods： We collected the prescription of SHAO Wen-hu ＂s clinical application of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of palpitation, established the database, and used the method of data mining to analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pal- pitation. Results： The 104 kinds of prescriptions were analyzed, which involved 152 Chinese medicine, and the results showed that there were 78 kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, and the results showed that the frequency of drug use, the tropism of taste, the combination of commonly used drugs, the evo- lution of 50 core combination and 9 new prescription. Conclusion： Professor SHAO Wen-hu mainly take the Huoxue Xingqi, Shujin Tongluo and warming kidney Yin as the main principle of palpitation disease, empha- sized on soothing liver, nourishing the heart and spleen and stomach, and pay more attention to the bitter and sweet, pungent drugs.
