溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Kuijie Ⅱ (溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方) in the Treatment of Distal Ulcerative Colitis

目的:研究溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选择60例符合纳入标准的远端溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组给予溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方治疗,对照组给予康复新液合锡类散治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后症状评分、体征评分、组织形态学评分均降低;治疗组患者治疗后症状评分、体征评分、组织形态学评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎,可缓解发作期症状,缓解脓血便,改善大便性状,减少溃疡面,修复受损黏膜,恢复结肠功能。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Kuijie H on distal ulcerative colitis. Methods： A total of 60 patients of ulcerative colitis were included and were randomly divided into two groups. Patients were treated by the enema of Kuijie Ⅱin treatment group and Kangfuxin and Xileisan in the control group. Results： The symp- tom score, physical sign score and histomorphology score were reduced in the two groups after treatment. The treatment group showed lower symptom score, physical sign score and histomorphology score than the control group, and the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Kuijie Ⅱshowed prominent curative effect in the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis. And it can relieve the symptoms of the episodes, relieve the bloody pu- rulent stool, improve the character of the stool, reduce the ulcer surface, repair the damaged mucosa and restore the function of the colon.
