在呼吸心脏骤停患者中应用参附注射液联合针刺百会穴的疗效

Observation of Effect of Shenfu Injection Combined with "Baihui (DU20)" Acupuncture on Patients with Respiratory Cardiac Arrest

目的:探索参附注射液联合针刺百会空在呼吸心脏骤停急救中的应用价值,提高复苏成功率。方法:以我院抢救的呼吸心脏骤停患者110例为研究样本,按随机数字法分为两组,其中对照组予新版心肺复苏指南标准治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参附注射液并联合平衡针,采用Utstein模式进行登记,观察并记录复苏成功后的平均动脉压和血氧饱和度,计算患者的复苏成功率和成活率。结果:研究组和对照组的现场复苏成功率分别为43.3%和12.0%,成活出院率分别为5.0%和0。治疗组心肺复苏成功率和成活出院率均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平均动脉压方面,治疗组患者在心肺复苏成功12 h、1 d和3 d这3个时间点上均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但在1 h、3 h、6 h这3个时间点上两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血氧饱和度方面,治疗组患者在心肺复苏成功1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h、1 d5个时间点上均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但在3 d时间点上两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在标准化的心肺复苏中联合使用参附注射液及平衡针,可以明显提高呼吸心脏骤停患者的现场心肺复苏成功率和出院成活率。

Objective： To explore the application value of Shenfu injection combined with ＂Baihui （DU20）＂ in emergency treatment of cardiac arrest, and improve the success rate of resuscitation. Methods： The 110 pa- tients with respiratory and cardiac arrest treated in our hospital were selected as the research samples. They were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with the New CPR guidelines in control group the New CPR guidelines plus the Shenfu injection combined with balance acupuncture in treatment group. By the use of Utstein model, the arterial blood pressure and oxygen saturation were observed and recorded, and the success rate and survival rate were calculated. Results： The recovery rate of the patients in the treatment group and the control group was 43.3% and 12.0%, respectively, and the survival rate was 5.0% and 0. The mean arterial blood pressure of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at three time points, such as 12 h, 1 d and 3 d, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. However, there was no statistically significant difference in mean arterial pressure between the two groups at the time of 1 h, 3 h, and 6 h after the cardiopulmonary resuscitation （P〉0.05）. The degree of blood oxygen saturation of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at the time of 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 1 d afterthe cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of blood oxygen saturation in patients at the time of 3 d after cardiopulmonary resuscitation （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection and balance needle can signif- icantly improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate and discharge survival rate of patients with respi- ratory and cardiac arrest.
