摘要
针对超声相控阵检测中广泛使用的一维线阵换能器,通过建立其声场数学模型和引入指向性函数,仿真分析了阵列参数对声束聚焦性能的影响,提出了改善换能器声场性能的措施。最后对优化参数的阵列换能器声场进行实验测试,测试结果表明其具有良好的声束聚焦性能,为超声相控阵缺陷检测中换能器的选择提供了参考。
Effects of array parameters on beam focusing performance are simulated and analyzed by establishing a mathematical model of the acoustic field of one-dimensional linear transducer array, which is widely used in ultrasonic nondestructive testing. The directivity function of the transducer array is introduced, then several methods to improve the acoustic field of the transducer array are presented. Finally, experiments are conducted to test the acoustic field of the transducer array with optimized parameters, and the result shows that it has good beam focusing performance, which provides a reference for transducer selection in phased array defects inspection.
