乙型肝炎重症化患者的中医体质及免疫学指标研究进展

Research Progress on TCM Constitution and Immunological Index of Patients with Severe Exacerbation of Chronic Hepatitis B

从中医体质分类标准及影响体质分布的因素、乙型肝炎发生发展的机制、中医体质与免疫指标的相关性几方面进行综述,认为慢性乙型肝炎重症化患者中医体质分布受多种因素影响,慢性乙型肝炎重症化患者疾病发生、发展及演变主要是宿主、病毒作用的结果,且CD4^+、CD8^+水平在各中医体质类型中有明显差异。

This paper summarizes the research progress of the correlation among TCM Constitution, HBV- DNA and immune index in patients with severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B, and provides a screening index for early detection and early diagnosis of the disease. At present, a large number of studies have shown that the occurrence and development of severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B is mainly affected by two aspects of host and virus （HBV-DNA load）. TCM constitution types are ＇affected by many factors, and the host immune status and HBV-DNA level are different with the different state of it. By a subpopulation of T cells mediated by the host immune disorder and imbalance is a key factor of causing severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B, which can reflect the level of CD4^＋cells and CD8＋cells and the ratio of the obvious individual differences in different types of TCM Constitution of CD4＋cells and CD8＋cells.
