党中央"全面从严治党"战略思想的实现,需要发挥多方面的力量,而民主监督具有不可替代的重要作用。现实中由于多种因素的影响,民主监督的效果欠佳。针对存在的问题,需要以增强政党意识为核心,以加强民主监督主体自身建设为基础,以提高民主法治意识为前提,以畅通民主监督渠道为平台,以健全民主监督制度机制为保障,充分发挥民主监督在推进全面从严治党中的作用。

The implementation of the CPC central committee＇s＂comprehensive and strict party＂strategy thinking,which takes a lot of power,while the democratic supervision has an irreplaceable importance. In the real world because of a variety of factors,the effect of democratic supervision is not good. That＇s what we need to take strengthening the party consciousness as the core,take strengthening the self-construction of democratic supervision bodies as basis,take raising awareness of democratic rule of law as the premise,take opening democratic supervision channels as platform,take improving the mechanism for democratic supervision as security,give full play to the role of democratic oversight in advancing the comprehensive and strict administration of the party.
