基于快速康复外科理念的负压封闭引流在急性乳腺脓肿治疗中的应用

Application of Vacuum Sealing Closed Drainage Based on Fast Track Surgery Concept in Treatment of Acute Breast Abscess

目的对基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的负压封闭引流(VSD)在急性乳腺脓肿治疗中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法选取我院在2015年10月至2017年10月期间收治的84例急性乳腺脓肿患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序将其分为两组,每组42例,对照组行脓肿切开引流术,观察组行VSD,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组的瘢痕长度、愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组乳房变形率及复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性脓肿患者采用基于FTS理念的VSD术治疗能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者预后,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss application value of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） based on fast track surgery（FTS） concept in treatment of acute breast abscess. Methods Divide 84 cases acute breast abscess patients treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 into two groups randomly, 42 cases in each. Control group was treated with abscess incision and drainage, and observation group with VSD. Compare curative effect of two groups. Results Scar length, healing time and hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）, and breast deformation rate and recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion VSD based on FTS concept can improve curative effect of acute abscess patients effectively, and improve patient＇s prognosis, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
