钼靶乳腺摄影应用在乳腺癌诊断中的价值

Application Value of Mammography in Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的探究在乳腺癌诊断中钼靶乳腺摄影所具有的临床价值。方法择取2014年8月到2017年8月期间收治的40例乳腺癌患者,先后为其使用数字化钼靶摄影检查与常规超声检查,将检查结果分别与手术病理结果进行对照,计算两种方法的诊断准确率。结果常规超声检查的诊断准确率为77.5%(31/40),数字化钼靶摄影检查的诊断准确率为72.5%(29/40),两种方法的诊断准确率较为相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钼靶乳腺摄影在乳腺癌的诊断上可以获得与常规超声检查相近的诊断准确率,临床可将其应用于乳腺癌的早期诊断中。

Objective To explore clinical value mammography of in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Choose 40 cases breast cancer patients treated from August 2014 to August 2017, carry on detection of digital mammography and routine ultrasound, compare them with surgical pathological results, calculate diagnostic accuracy of two methods. Results Diagnostic accuracy of routine ultrasound examination was 77.5%（31/40）, and that of digital mammography was 72.5%（29/40）, which were similar, difference showed no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mammography can obtain similar accurate diagnosis rate to routine ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast cancer, which can be applied in early diagnosis of breast cancer clinically.
