氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Amlodipine Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Obesity Type Hypertension

目的分析氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月我院收治的200例肥胖型高血压患者,随机将其分为两组,各100例。两组患者均采用氨氯地平进行医治,研究组在此基础上搭配二甲双胍,比较治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,舒张压(DBP)和收缩压(SBP)改善情况研究组优于对照组,身体质量指数(BMI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压疗效更佳。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metformin in treatment of obese hypertensive patients. Methods Choose 200 cases obese hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, divide them into two groups randomly, 100 cases in each. Both groups were treated with amlodipine, and study group with metformin on above basis. Compare curative effect. Results Effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group, and adverse reaction incidence was lower than control group. Impovement of diastolic blood pressure（DBP） and systolic blood pressure（SBP） of study group was better than control group, body mass index（BMI） was lower than control group, difference showed statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with metformin has better effect in treatment of obesity type hypertension.
