探讨分层次护理管理在骨外科护理管理中的应用

Application Discussion of Hierarchical Nursing Management in Nursing Nanagement of Orthopeadic Surgery

目的探讨分层次护理管理在骨外科护理管理中的应用结果。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月,在我院实施住院治疗的骨外科患者作为研究样本,将其分为两个病区,即甲区与乙区,甲区给予常规护理管理模式,乙区采取分层次护理管理模式,观察并比较两区各项护理质量指标的评分数值、不良护理情况的发生率及患者对护理模式的满意度。结果甲区患者各项护理质量指标评分数值显著优于乙区(P<0.05);甲区不良护理情况的发生率相较于乙区,下降趋势显著(P<0.05);甲区患者对护理模式的满意度相较于乙区,提升趋势显著(P<0.05)。结论在骨外科患者的临床护理过程中运用分层次护理管理模式,护理效果显著,有助于改善患者的生活质量,对患者护理模式满意度的提升具有积极作用,同时有助于不良护理情况发生率的下降。

Objective To explore application effect of hierarchical nursing management in nursing management of orthopeadic surgery. Methods Choose orthopeadic surgery patients hospitalized in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 as research samples, divide them into two wards, ward A and B. Ward A was treated with routine nursing management mode, and B with hierarchical nursing management mode. Observe and compare nursing quality indicator scores, adverse nursing incidence, satisfaction degree of patients of two wards. Results Nursing quality indicator scores of ward A was significantly better than ward B（P〈0.05）; adverse nursing incidence showed significant decrease trend compared with ward B,（P〈0.05）; satisfaction degree of nursing model of ward A showed significant increase trend compared with ward B,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hierarchical nursing management model has significant nursing effect in clinical nursing process of orthopeadic surgery patients, has positive effect improving life quality of patients, and satisfaction degree for nursing mode, and lowering adverse nursing incidence.
