Effect of Fast Track Surgical Nursing on Recovery Efficiency and Nursing Satisfaction of Surgical Patients

目的分析快速康复外科护理对外科手术患者恢复效率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取最近几年前往我院行手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,将实施常规护理的50例患者设为对照组,实施快速康复外科护理的50例患者设为观察组,比较两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间以及满意率。结果组间肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间及住院时间对比,P<0.05;观察组总满意率98%,对照组总满意率70%,P<0.05。结论快速康复外科护理应用在外科手术患者临床护理中,可加快患者的恢复速度,并提高其满意度,值得临床深入分析。

Objective To analyze effect of fast track surgical nursing on recovery efficiency and nursing satisfaction of surgical patients. Methods Choose 100 cases treated in our hospital in recent years as research objects, 50 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing, and 50 cases in observation group with fast track surgery nursing. Compare borborygmus recovery time, defecation time, hospitalization time, satisfaction rate of two groups. Results Comparison of borborygmus recovery time, defecation time and hospitalization time showed P〈0.05 between two groups. Total satisfaction degree of observation group was 98%, that of control group was 70%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Fast track surgery can speed up recovery of surgical patients in clinical nursing, improve their satisfaction, which is worthy of further clinical analysis.
