脑梗死患者实施常规护理联合优质护理的临床价值

Clinical Value of Routine Nursing Combined with Quality Nursing for Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的研究分析脑梗死患者实施常规护理联合优质护理的临床价值。方法从2015年1月至2016年12月来我院就诊的脑梗死患者中选取120例患者进行研究分析,将患者随机平均分成观察组和对照组两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上增加优质护理干预,比较分析两组患者的临床护理效果,主要从患者卧床时间、住院时间、住院费用、患者对医护人员的护理满意度等指标进行评价^([1])。结果通过实施不同的护理措施,观察组脑梗死患者卧床时间、住院时间、住院费用等指标明显比对照组低,并且观察组护理满意率为98.33%,对照组护理满意率为73.33%,前者明显优于后者,组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑梗死患者实施常规护理联合优质护理,能够大大提高患者配合治疗的依从性,提升患者满意度,促进患者尽快出院,是一种有效科学的人性化护理方式,值得在临床进一步推广实践^([2-3])。

Objective To study and analyze clinical value of routine nursing combined with quality nursing for cerebral infarction patients. Methods Choose 120 cases cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 for analysis, randomly divide them into observation and control group. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and observation group with quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Compare and analyze clinical nursing effect of two groups, evaluate indexes of patient＇s bed time, hospitalization time, hospitalization costs, satisfaction degree for medical staffs～（[1]）. Results After different nursing measures, bed time, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost of observation group was significantly lower than control group, and nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 98.33%, better than 73.33% of control group, difference showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Routine nursing combined with quality nursing can improve treatment compliance, satisfaction degree of cerebral infarction patients, promote them to discharge as soon as possible, which is an effective and humanized nursing method, and worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
