经侧裂显微手术联合综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者生存质量及安全性分析

Analysis of Life Quality and Safety of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patients Treated with Lateral Fissure Microsurgery Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention

目的探究经侧裂显微手术联合综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者生存质量及安全性。方法收取本次研究高血压脑出血患者100例,时间为2016年4月9日至2017年11月16日,后对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组:实施经侧裂显微手术联合综合护理干预;对照组:采取经侧裂显微手术联合常规护理干预,对2组生存质量和并发症发生几率进行观察和分析。结果观察组高血压脑出血患者生存质量评分均高于对照组各项指标,P<0.05。观察组高血压脑出血患者并发症发生率2.00%,低于对照组,2组间相比较,P<0.05。结论对高血压脑出血患者实施经侧裂显微手术联合综合护理干预,能够有效提高患者生存质量,同时具有较高的安全性,值得研究。

Objective To explore life quality and safety of lateral fissure microsurgery combined with comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Choose 100 cases hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients from April 9, 2016 to November 16, 2017 in the study, divide them into two groups randomly, observation group was treated with lateral fissure microsurgery combined with comprehensive nursing intervention; and control group with lateral fissure microsurgery combined with routine nursing intervention. Observe and analyze life quality and complications incidence of two groups. Results Life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group, P〈0.05. Complications incidence of observation group was 2.00%, lower than control group, comparison between two groups showed P〈0.05. Conclusion Lateral fissure microsurgery combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve life quality of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients effectively with high safety, which is worth of studying.
