飞机客舱火灾中弧形边界的计算机仿真设计

摘要 为了实现FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)软件对飞机客舱火灾的计算机仿真,通过Auto CAD软件对客舱的圆弧边界进行绘图,将得到的dxf文件导入至可视化建模程序Pyrosim中作为参照图像,运用矩形方块线性拟合弧形边界的方法对飞机客舱建立模型并结合相应的命令对其过程进行简化,最后使用FDS软件进行火灾过程数值模拟。分析结果表明:模拟数据与实际监测数据结果吻合,由此证明该建模方法的可行性和准确性。此建模方法在一定程度上能降低建模的复杂程度,节约建模的时间,为弧形边界建模提供了一种新方法。 In order to perform FDS( Fire Dynamics Simulator) software simulation of aircraft cabin fire,Auto CAD software is used to draw dimension of arc boundary. DXF file is obtained to import into Pyrosim. The visual modeling software,as a reference of background image,the rectangular block is used to linearly fit the arc boundary of aircraft cabin and some commands in FDS are also employed to simplify the modeling process at the same time. At last,FDS software is used to perform the simulation of aircraft cabin fire. The analysis results show that the simulation data are in good agreement with the actual monitoring data,which proves the feasibility and accuracy of the modeling method. This modeling method,to some extent,can reduce the complexity of the modeling,save modeling time,and provide a new method for curved boundary modeling.
